  • Lunch: Natto + Rice
  • Dinner: Vegetable Soup + Vegan Cheese

Day 2: Wednesday, August 5

  • Breakfast: Oatmeal + Bananas + Chia Seeds
  • Lunch: Leftovers of yesterday’s lunch + Beyond Meat Patty
  • Dinner: Trader Joe’s Cauliflower Pizza Crust + Sun Dried Tomatoes + Basil
